This type of foundation system is typical for production builders and most likely to experience movement and\/or foundation problems if not designed properly. Our slab selection process facilitated by an interactive webinar allows the homeowner to understand the value of what we feel will be the best foundation that will last a lifetime for the specific location. Until a soil test is performed and a foundation type has been chosen and designed, these costs will be unknown.
